Improvement Opportunities
- Our lowest was College and Career Preparation- 67% of students felt that more opportunities for Post Workforce Readiness need to be provided.
- School Maintenance was our lowest score- 50% families felt that classrooms were not heated adequately during winter months.
- Staff-Family Engagement- 67% of staff felt the need to increase family, teacher engagement opportunities at Career Readiness Academy.
Next Steps
- Develop strategies for 2024-25 school year to include Post Graduate Workforce Career Certification opportunities for CRA students.
- Career Readiness Academy will be moving to a new home next school year that will provide facilities conducive to the learning environment and student ownership.
